Who We Are

Will and Teresa wanted to be able to eat food they could trust and be proud of. Cooking in batches for just themselves was very time consuming, but the options at the store were not quite what they were looking for. They also didn’t want to spend the rest of their lives working for someone else. Both had experience in food industry, though, and were ready to make the leap to starting a business! Enter in Undone™, Will and Teresa do not just want to help others by providing a great alternative to animal meat, but they want to do it in a way that they can sleep at night. Authenticity, attention to detail, pride, and love are just some of the factors that go into making Undone™ truly undone.

Meet The Owner Operators

Will

Will was inspired by punk rock bands, religious friends, and philosophy to stop eating animals as a teenager, and to focus his attention toward a more compassionate, healthier, and more sustainable diet. Will hasn’t eaten meat in over two decades! He still loves to eat protein-rich foods, though. Some of his favorite meals include the Don’t Be a Ham™ sandwich with cashew cheez, Got No Beef™ cutlet fajitas, and– don’t tell Teresa, they’re all gone again– he loves snacking on the No Fowl™ deli slices just on their own. Shhhh!

Ever since her childhood of being forced to eat meat (often finding ways to hide it), Teresa spent most of her life thinking eating was a chore and the missinformation that you needed meat for protein and to be healthy. She struggled with weight gain and headaches. It wasn’t till she met Will and tasted his cooking that she realized how fun eating is. Teresa is now an avid food lover. Teresa enjoys studying plants, gardening, and permaculture in her spare time. Her favorite menu item, despite hating steak as a child, is Got No Beef™ especially when used to make Salisbury Steak.

Where we are

Undone™ is located in East Texas halfway between the two very small artsy towns of Ben Wheeler and Edom an hour southeast of Dallas. The Post Oak Savannah is teaming with biological diversity and is a mixture of prairie and woods. We are lucky to get our water from a deep well that draws water from the Wilcox Aquifer.

Why we do it


Undone™ is committed to the production of 100% vegan “meat” products. It is important to us for ethical reasons that not only are our products “plant-based,” but always and forever 100% vegan, as well as delicious and nutritious. It is not enough for us that animal harm is reduced in our kitchen, we want it completely eliminated. We refuse to contribute toward the mass exploitation of animals. But we also care about flavor and nutrition. So we manufacture mouth-watering, protein-packed, vegan meats! They’re not impossible they are just Undone™ And, that’s why, you can make stuff like this Got No Beef™ French Dip sandwich! But for Goodness sake, eat it with a side salad!
